Job Role

As a DevOps Engineer at NearMe, you will be at the heart of our mission to optimize and automate our infrastructure to drive efficient and seamless development. Your role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities, including the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, orchestration, provisioning, deployment, and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of orchestration, provisioning, and deployment.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts to streamline our operations.
• Improve the development environment and enhance development efficiency.
• Handle upgrades for infrastructure, middleware, and packages.
• Maintain and enhance the scalability, stability, and maintainability of services.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to system outages, preventing or mitigating downtime.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional career or equivalent experience.
• Has experience in backend application development.
• Has experience in building infrastructure using cloud computing.
• Has hands-on experience with container and orchestration tools.
• Has experience with provisioning and deployment tools.
• Has experience in building CI/CD pipelines.
• Is a strong team player with proactive attitude.
• Demonstrates great interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Is willing to learn Japanese.
