仕事概要

What will you do?

• Create an environment that enables developers to deliver quality products faster.

• Design and implementation of monitoring and observability.

• Design and implementation of an overall development workflow that includes QA, release approval, and other non-development activities.

• Establish the technical infrastructure to realize the above workflow.

　　- Develop CI/CD pipeline.

　　- Renewal of branch operation flow.

• Establish an efficient development environment of microservices systems.

　　- Local or full AWS or hybrid.

• Implement tools to improve code quality.

• Static analysis.

　　- Code review support.

Shippioは日本初のデジタルフォワーダーで、フォワーディングと貿易業務を効率化するクラウドサービスをワンストップで提供しています。

現在Shippioでは急速に組織を拡大しています。開発者の数を増やし、新しいScrumチームを組成する計画です。今回の募集では、開発チームのサイズが2倍に増えた将来でも、生産性を落とすことなくスループットを最大化させるための基盤を整備するDevOpsエンジニアを募集します。

〈職務内容詳細〉

• 開発者がより早く高品質なプロダクトをデリバリーできる環境づくり

• モニタリングとオブザーバビリティの設計と実装

• QA、リリース承認など開発以外も含めた全体の開発ワークフローの設計と実装

• 上記フローを実現するために必要な技術基盤の構築

　　- CI/CDパイプラインの整備

　　- ブランチ運用フローの刷新

• microservicesシステムを効率的に開発できる開発環境の整備

　　- LocalまたはフルAWS、もしくはハイブリッド

　　- コード品質を向上させるためのツール導入

• 静的解析

　　- コードレビュー支援

必須スキル

Qualifications (Required)

•  At least 3 years of work experience as DevOps.
•  Experience building web services using AWS.
•  Experience building CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI/Github Actions/AWS CodePipeline, etc.).
•  Familiarity with Scrum development process.
•  High communication skills.
•  Ability to work collaboratively.

•  AWSを用いたWebサービスの構築経験
•  CICDパイプラインの構築経験（CircleCI/Github Actions/AWS CodePipelineなど）
•  スクラム開発プロセスに精通していること
•  高いコミュニケーション能力
•  共同作業能力
