Acompany is a privacy tech company well-versed in privacy protection technologies and personal information.

We has independently developed technologies that combine mathematics, cryptography, and law, and offers "AutoPrivacy," a data clean room construction platform, as a service to businesses holding large-scale data, including major domestic companies.

Through "AutoPrivacy," it enables safe and flexible data collaboration between multiple businesses by integrating privacy protection technologies such as secure computation and federated learning. After conducting pilot tests with multiple partner companies, it began offering full-scale services in August 2023.

Job Descriptions

• You will be responsible for the following tasks in the construction and operation of the data clean room platform "AutoPrivacy":
  • Reducing toil through automation and efficiency improvements in infrastructure construction and operation, with a focus on Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Designing, building, and operating the foundational infrastructure for deploying privacy protection technology modules, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems.
  • Designing and implementing strategies for improving and maintaining product reliability and enhancing security.
  • Enhancing the developer experience through the introduction of policies, the setup of automated testing environments, and acceleration of builds.
• In addition, you will be responsible for the following tasks in relation to customization for large-scale implementations:
  • Developing mechanisms to minimize delivery costs associated with the additional company-specific environments that arise from customization.

 

Required Skills

Minimum:

• Practical experience as a DevOps engineer or SRE.
• Experience in developing web applications.
• Experience in operating cloud infrastructure.
• Business-level Japanese communication skills.

 

Preferred:

• Experience in backend development for products/systems that require processing large amounts of data with high speed and reliability, such as in ad technology or large-scale services.
• Experience in backend development and operation that meets the high security standards required by major corporations.
• Experience in running container orchestration tools, such as Kubernetes, in production.
• Award-winning experience in ISUCON (a programming contest focused on improving system performance).
• Knowledge of data warehouses, data clean rooms, BI tools, and related products or SaaS development.

With a flex system that allows for flexible working hours from 5 AM to 10 PM, except for the core time from 1 PM to 4 PM, it has become easier to balance work with family and hobbies.

Except for once every four months (three times a year) when we align the company's direction at an offsite meeting, full remote work is possible.
