Acompany is a privacy tech company well-versed in privacy protection technologies and personal information.

We has independently developed technologies that combine mathematics, cryptography, and law, and offers "AutoPrivacy," a data clean room construction platform, as a service to businesses holding large-scale data, including major domestic companies.

Through "AutoPrivacy," it enables safe and flexible data collaboration between multiple businesses by integrating privacy protection technologies such as secure computation and federated learning. After conducting pilot tests with multiple partner companies, it began offering full-scale services in August 2023.

Job Descriptions

• Responsible for people management, organizational strategy planning, and cultural formation within the engineering organization to maintain high productivity and improve development speed.
  • People Management: Mentoring members, designing and operating organizational systems, goal setting, and evaluation
  • Organizational Strategy Planning: Formulating strategies for the engineering organization, aligning with business strategies and product roadmaps
  • Cultural Formation: Developing a culture of engineering, including development culture
• Depending on the situation and orientation, you may also be responsible for designing your own development missions and project management.

 

Required Skills

Minimum:

• Management Experience
  • People management experience within an engineering team
  • Experience contributing to the formulation and execution of organizational systems and technical strategies within an engineering organization
• Development Experience
  • Experience in development projects using statically typed languages (Go, Java, Scala, etc.)
  • Experience in developing and operating web services using cloud infrastructure

 

Preferred:

• Experience in backend development and operation requiring high security levels for major companies
• Development experience in Go, Python, or C++
• Experience in running container orchestration tools like k8s in production
• Award-winning experience in ISUCON
• Knowledge of data warehouses, data clean rooms, BI tools (and related products, SaaS, etc.)

Members are thriving from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south, all working fully remotely.

With a flex system that allows for flexible working hours from 5 AM to 10 PM, except for the core time from 1 PM to 4 PM, it has become easier to balance work with family and hobbies.

Except for once every four months (three times a year) when we align the company's direction at an offsite meeting, full remote work is possible.
