Frontend Engineer Role

Frontend Engineers at Acompany are responsible for building the UI/UX of the Data Clean Room (DCR) product "AutoPrivacy," maximizing the product's value to users. This role significantly contributes to the product's growth by closely understanding user needs and accurately reflecting them in the product due to its close development proximity to the users.

Specific Responsibilities

• UI/UX Construction
  • Constructing intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX for "AutoPrivacy" users to efficiently and enjoyably interact with data.
• UI/UX Improvement Proposals and Construction
  • Handling UI/UX improvement proposals and construction based on user feedback and behavioral data, using A/B testing to pursue the optimal UX.
• Frontend Architecture Design and Implementation
  • Collaborating with backend engineers to design and implement scalable, maintainable frontend architecture, focusing on performance improvements and code quality.

Team Characteristics

The UI/UX team, which includes Frontend Engineers, specializes in rapidly cycling from user need acquisition to product validation to build valuable UI/UX for users.

Acompany is composed of outstanding members from business development, product development, R&D in privacy tech, and business law specialists, fostering a collaborative development environment.

Required Skills

• Experience in frontend development for web applications.
• Experience in developing, deploying, and managing applications using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
• Experience in fields outside of frontend development, such as UI design, UX research, product planning, and backend development (regardless of content).
• Business level or above communication skills in Japanese.

Desired Skills

• Experience in frontend development while designing product mockups with tools like Figma.
• Experience in improving product functionality based on user interviews.
• Experience in developing and publishing applications using Next.js or Remix.
• Experience in developing B2B products for enterprises.
• Knowledge of DWH, DCR, BI tools (and related products, SaaS, etc.).
