About Datachain

On September 5, 2024, we announced a project to build a cross-border remittance infrastructure in collaboration with international organizations! By using stablecoins, digital currencies whose value is linked to fiat currency, we aim to enable fast, cheap, and convenient international remittances.

Since our founding in 2018, Datachain has been conducting R&D into technology and business opportunities with the goal of creating a de facto infrastructure as a Japanese-made global x deep tech company.

Our company aims to become a decacorn (a startup with a corporate value of over $10 billion), and it's often said that to achieve this goal, we need to "win in global x deep tech."

The aforementioned cross-border remittance infrastructure project was launched as a major first step toward this goal. Currently, we are moving forward with the project with an advantage thanks to Japan's advanced legal framework, but given the size of the market, global competition is expected to intensify in the future.

In this environment, we are currently rapidly expanding our recruitment efforts, primarily for our development team, in order to take the lead in creating a "de facto infrastructure" that is "global x deep tech" originating from Japan.

Requirements

• Experience implementing development infrastructure for new start-ups, defining development rules, defining review processes, and creating repository strategies.
• Experience communicating with product managers and organizing the elements necessary for system development in a Design Doc or similar format.
• Experience sharing technical knowledge through pair programming, mob programming, walkthroughs, etc.
• Experience making rational technical decisions that balance business, organization, and technology.
• Experience making decisions with a view to mid- to long-term system operation and developing an environment that ensures internal quality.
• Experience implementing using statically typed languages (Go, C/C++, Java, Rust, Scala, etc.) while capturing the unique characteristics of each language.
• Basic implementation knowledge of algorithms, data structures, networks, security, design patterns, etc.
