Growth Engineer

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with product and operations to turn business goals into actionable technical solutions and growth experiments
• Contribute to feature improvements, core flow optimization, and growth experiments (e.g., A/B tests)
• Use user behavior data to identify issues and drive solutions through to implementation
• Continuously propose product and growth optimizations based on real user experience
• Use AI tools to improve work efficiency and quality

Requirements

• Clear communication: able to explain technical concepts so non-technical teammates can understand
• Business and product sense: proactive in proposing product or growth improvements, not just taking tickets
• Solid engineering: strong front-end skills; able to handle basic backend logic and API integration
• Data-aware: can interpret basic user behavior data and use it to guide optimizations and experiments
• Interest in AI: willing to learn and use AI tools to boost productivity
• Culture fit (nice to have): interest in anime/otaku culture, creator communities, or related products

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or above; practical skills and experience matter most

Experience

• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience with independent app development, product iteration, or growth work is a plus
