Overview

Project management for the development of websites operated by our company or client projects.

 

Responsibilities

  • Defining functional requirements based on client hearings
  • Selecting technology stacks for frontend, backend, and infrastructure, and building development team structures
  • Creating requirement definition documents and basic system documents (such as flowcharts)
  • Directing development teams and UI/UX designers, managing tasks, and overseeing progress
  • Controlling client expectations and negotiations throughout the project
  • Weekly client meetings, progress reporting, and feedback management
  • Creating test cases and giving test instructions
  • Reporting evaluations and reflections after project completion

 

Required Skills

  • High business-level English proficiency
  • Over 3 years of practical experience as a developer (full stack preferred, but negotiable)
    • Language/Tech : React.js, styled-components, chart.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, GraphQL, RESTful API’s, Storybook, chai & jest, webpack, react-spring
    • Version : GitLab
    • Database : Firebase realtime, MySQL, DynamoDB
    • Infrastructure : S3 bucket website, Auth0
    • CI : GitLab pipelines
    • Orchestrator : Docker
  • Over 1 year of project experience involving client communication
  • Over 3 years of project management experience in website development (either waterfall or agile)

 

Preferred Skills

  • Japanese language proficiency
  • Experience in Scrum development or as a Scrum Master
  • Interest in games or e-sports.
