Product Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to UI design and prototyping, for empathy-driven AI communication experiences.
• Design and refine intuitive and warm conversational interfaces, considering emotional nuance and context.
• Explore and implement multimodal interactions that seamlessly blend voice, text, and visual elements.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and AI researchers to drive the development of innovative product ideas and features.
• Independently lead both qualitative and quantitative user research to inform and validate design decisions.
• Rapidly deliver product iterations in a highly uncertain domain, embracing feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
• Proven ability to create prototypes using tools like Figma or similar software.
• Experience independently designing and conducting user research, including usability testing and user interviews.

Preferred Skills & Experience (Bonus Points):

• Experience designing voice interfaces, chatbots, or conversational AI products.
• Basic knowledge or practical experience with AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Machine Learning (ML) technologies.
• Skills in UI animation, motion graphics, or interaction design.
