Role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, coupled with the ability to create user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to bring our vision to life.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop user interfaces (UI) for new SaaS products utilizing AI technology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Collaborate with the front-end development team to oversee the implementation of designs.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the design and usability of our products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Proven UX/UI design experience, particularly with SaaS product
Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of basic front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a definite plus and something we would help nurture if you are interested in become a full stack designer
Knowledge of usability testing and user research methodologies.
Familiarity with agile development processes.
Ability to create animations and interactive prototypes.

Work on cutting-edge technologies: Tektome is essentially tackling the problem of how AEC companies manage their data through turning unstructured massive amounts of data in various forms (scanned blueprints, CAD, BIM) into structured data which downstream applications they build can benefit from. They leverage the shift towards using natural language to define custom extraction and logic pipelines by users whom cannot code such that they own their data.
