The Role
We're hiring a full-time Community Manager to engage our growing community. As a Community Manager you will create compelling marketing content, talk regularly to users, propose creative campaigns to the team, and attend in-person events. More concretely, you will help define our social media strategy, produce content and make regular social media posts, manage and moderate a Discord for our Callback Yeti NFT holders, help organize campaigns and events for Yeti NFT holders, and assist at events for our partners. You will be required to engage with our community and partners in both Japanese and English. You will work directly with the CEO.
What youβll bring
Required:
Proven track record of delivering quantifiable brand growth on Discord, Twitter or Instagram
2+ years leading social for a dynamic tech company or brand
3+ years relevant marketing, social, and/or communications experience
Experience developing and leading successful social campaigns for product launches or events
Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken)
Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
Interest in Web3 and NFTs
Highly adaptive, self starter, creative problem solver.
Living in Japan (We provide Japanese work visa sponsorship)
Preferred:
Familiarity with no-code Web3 tools
Experience moderating a Discord
Understanding of technical terms related to Web3

Notes
- There is a 6 month contract period before converting to full-time employment.
- We are currently based in the Daikanyama area of Tokyo.
