With the aim of "accelerating business growth through data utilization" and "realizing the No.1 data organization in the SaaS and Fintech industry," we established the AI Forward Office in 2024 to strengthen our promotion system using AI technology. The AI Forward Office places importance on improving internal operations and developing tools as initiatives to support business growth. As this initiative gains traction and expands in scale, we are seeking new colleagues to join us in this challenge.

Main Responsibilities

You will be involved in proposing, verifying, developing, and project managing AI-based solutions to improve Money Forward's internal operations efficiency. You will work with internal users to set challenges and be responsible for considering, implementing, and operating AI solutions.

Expected Role

As an AI Solution Engineer, you are expected to lead development while also leading a small project team.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Practical application of AI/machine learning (from problem definition to AI solution selection, model consideration/development, and application to services)
• Experience in AI development or development using AI tools
  • Development skills in prompt engineering, generative AI chatbots, RAG, AI agents, MCP, etc.
  • As announced in Money Forward AI Vision 2025, Money Forward is working on improving work efficiency using AI and plans to introduce AI agents in all products in the future.
• Experience and understanding of software development
• Experience in leading and managing small projects
• Experience using cloud services like AWS/GCP/Azure
• In addition to the above, candidates with any of the following experiences are welcome:
  • Basic knowledge of mathematics/statistics, experience in data analysis and visualization using Python, etc.
  • Experience in web service development utilizing AI services
  • Experience in conducting analysis and making proposals with an understanding of business

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Deep understanding and experience in corporate back-office operations such as accounting, finance, and HR
• Deep understanding of team-based software development
• Practical experience in MLOps
• Experience in AI development or development using AI tools

Japanese Language Requirements

Japanese: Business level (fluent, able to communicate with clients in Japanese)

English Language Requirements

TOEIC score of 700 or above, plus the ability to handle meetings and text communication in English soon after joining.
