- Lead the design and user experience of a new global platform.
- Work directly on shaping the product vision, strategy, and prioritization.

Responsibilities
- Work across the full product design life cycle from discovery to delivery
- Will be your responsibility to drive HeartCore design language to modern and intuitive UX solutions to make our customers feel empowered.
- Design UI Web Platform applications (Websites, SaaS, Apps)
- UX Flow Development (Improve or create a modern user experience of existing and new products)
- Work with product and engineering on the wireframes and storyboards to define the actual flow of our products and how the interaction happens
- Prototype new digital products: Define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and visual design. Build functional prototypes to validate and test your designs.
- Interaction design: Design simple, streamlined, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight users.
- Occasionally help out with other design tasks, such as simple graphic designs (marketing, promotional materials, etc.) and documents (e.g., manuals)
- You work very closely with product managers and engineering, often interacting with our internal sales teams and closely with our board members.
Requirements
- English Business level speaker
- Japanese is not required (So apply even if you don't speak Japanese)
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role and a portfolio of designs
- Familiarity with common UI/UX patterns on modern web dashboards
- Experience or willingness to do UX writing in English
- Attention to detail and drive to make it look "just right" and pixel-perfect where it matters
- Experience working independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems based on user feedback
- Define the ideal UX from target understanding and problem definition
- Process: Strong understanding of UX and UI design, processes, patterns, and best practices
- Experience in launching UX strategies such as defining value propositions, user story mapping, customer journey mapping, and so on.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Design user flows and page navigations
- Creation of mockups and prototypes
- User research
- Knowledge of wireframe tools
- Design, create, and produce marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media content
- Strong creativity

Typical Workday
Working hours are 9:00-18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break. (This is a reference since Flex Time exist)
Holidays
- Saturdays, Sundays, company holidays and national holidays
- Ten paid holidays per year, available after the first 6 months (can be rolled over to the following year for a maximum of 20 total days). Every year at the company gives an extra day of paid holiday per year until a maximum of 20.
- Five extra paid holidays per year available as soon as you joint the company.
- Extra Annual holidays: New Yearβs period (ex. Dec 30-Jan 3), marriage leave, condolence leave, natural disaster leave, maternity leave, sabbatical (after 3 consecutive years with the company).
Over Time Work
Company Average of 2 to 3 hours per month. (maximum allowed is 45 hrs/month)
