What you will do/仕事内容

• LeapMindでは、低消費電力でディープラーニングを実現する学習・推論ソフトウェアスタックおよびAcceleratorIP等の製品群「Efficiera」を開発しています
• LeapMindのミッションである「機械学習を使った今までにないデバイスをあまねく世に広める」の実現に向け、現フェーズにおいてはAcceleratorIP「Efficiera」をホリゾンタルにPMFしていくことを目指しております。市場動向や技術発展性を理解し、自社技術を最大限に活用する技術提案の作成から実装サポートまでの一連の業務をお任せしたいと考えております
• VPofbusinessとともにEfficieraの活用を中心とした事業の成長戦略を描くだけでなく、ユーザーやマーケット観点から、事業をリードするBizdevを募集しています
• これまで以上に　「Efficiera」の世界観と「Efficiera」の適用により、多くのお客様や社会の課題を解決するためのビジネスモデルを確立します。そして、世界中のあらゆるデバイスに弊社「Efficiera」が搭載され、日常生活で当たり前に利用される世界を目指しています

• LeapMind is developing Efficiera, a family of products including a learning and inference software stack and AcceleratorIP that enable deep learning with low power consumption.
• In the current phase, LeapMind aims to horizontally PMF the AcceleratorIP "Efficiera" in order to realize our mission "to spread unprecedented devices using machine learning to the world at large". We would like to entrust you with a series of tasks from the creation of technical proposals that make the best use of our technology to the implementation support, based on our understanding of market trends and technological development potential.
• We are looking for a Bizdev to lead the business from the user and market point of view as well as to draw up a growth strategy for the business centered on the application of Efficiera together with VPofbusiness.
• We will establish a business model to solve the problems of many customers and society through the world view of "Efficiera" and the application of "Efficiera" more than ever. And we are aiming for a world where our "Efficiera" is installed in every device in the world and used as a matter of course in our daily life!

• 本ポジションでは以下の業務を担当して頂きます：
• 事業仮説の検証と事業への適用
• PMFに向けた顧客分析・市場分析と仮説立案および実行
• 事業成長を実現するためのパートナーシップ戦略の企画立案および実行
• 事業計画の策定支援とそれに沿った事業戦略の企画立案およびオペレーション実行と改善

• Verification of business hypotheses and application to business.
• Customer and market analysis, hypothesis development and execution for PMF.
• Planning and execution of partnership strategies to achieve business growth.
• Support for business plan development, planning of business strategy in line with the business plan, and execution and improvement of operations.

• 経営計画の達成に必要な全社横断のプロジェクトの立案および牽引
• 必要に応じて、技術的な内容を含むディスカッションを顧客または全社にまたがって実施

• Contribution to the management plan.
• Develop and lead cross-company projects necessary to achieve the business plan
• Conduct discussions, including technical content, with clients or across the company as needed.

• 新規製品・ソリューションの企画
• 市場成長性の高いソリューションや顧客を分析し新規製品・ソリューションを企画立案し、それを実現するための技術課題を、チーム内外問わず必要なステークホルダーと協働で解決する

• Planning new products and solutions.
• Analyze solutions and customers with high market growth potential, plan new products and solutions, and solve technical issues to realize them in collaboration with necessary stakeholders, both inside and outside the team.

What you will need/必須スキル

• 情報系または近隣分野での修士号・博士号を所有の方、または同等の知識と経験を有すること
• エッジデバイスでの動作を前提としたソフトウェア・コンパイラ開発商材を取り扱った経験のある方　
• 深層学習技術やエッジコンピューティングへの強い関心
• 顧客課題の分析および案件提案・要件定義から契約クロージングまでのあらゆるタスクを効率的に遂行できる方
• 日本国内だけでなく、海外拠点の顧客に対する営業活動、あるいは技術サポート経験があること
• ASICやSoCに関する基礎知識がありそれらを前提とした開発フローの基礎知識があること

• Possess a master's or doctoral degree in informatics or a neighboring field, or have equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Experience working with software and compiler development products that are designed to work on edge devices.　
• Strong interest in deep learning technologies and edge computing.
• Ability to analyze customer issues and efficiently execute all tasks from project proposal and requirement definition to contract closing.
• Experience in sales activities or technical support for customers not only in Japan but also overseas.
• Basic knowledge of ASICs and SoCs, and basic knowledge of development flow based on them.

Additional qualifications that are nice to have/歓迎スキル

• 深層学習フレームワークを用いたモデル設計・開発・研究の経験
• 製品・サービスを活用したパートナー・エコシステム構築経験のある方
• ベアメタル組込みシステム構築、組込みLinuxを用いたシステム構築経験のある方

• Experience in model design, development, and research using deep learning frameworks.
• Experience in building partner ecosystems using products and services.
• Experience in building bare-metal embedded systems and systems using embedded Linux.
