About this Role

顧客サイト（病院・ホテル・物流・製造・小売）へのロボット導入と、**事業機能としてのデータ収集**をオーナーとして担います。導入して終わりではなく、「現場で何が起きたか」をデータ・不具合レポート・製品要求としてエンジニアリングに還流させ、データを製品として扱える人を求めます。Timee経由の変動労働力（収集・導入・保守スタッフ）を増幅器として使い、少人数で現場をスケールさせる設計もこの役割です。

What You'll Do

顧客サイトでのロボット導入・設定・チューニング、現場スタッフのトレーニング
データ収集オペレーションの設計と運営（teleop収集・エゴセントリック収集、品質基準、収集タスク設計）
パートナーとのデータ収集・運用スタッフのオンボーディングと品質管理
稼働ログの監視、一次トラブルシュート、フィールド不具合の構造化レポート
現場フィードバックの製品要求への翻訳（OS/Zen/D1各チームへ）
導入ドキュメント・受入テスト手順の整備（ナビ受入テスト等、エンジニアと共同）

Required Qualifications

データ収集・アノテーション・MLパイプラインいずれかの運用経験
顧客対面のコミュニケーション能力（現場責任者と信頼関係を作れること）
自分で手を動かして現場で解決する実行力（机上の調整役は不可）
日本語ビジネスレベル必須、英語ビジネスレベル歓迎（エンジニアリングとの共通言語）

ROS/ROS2 またはロボット実機のハンズオン経験
Linux・Dockerの基礎
ホスピタリティ・医療現場でのIoT/自動化導入経験
フリートマネジメントツールの利用経験
オペレーション設計（多拠点・非正規スタッフ活用）の経験
