What You'll Do

D1の機構設計（3D CAD詳細設計、図面作成、公差設計）
中国OEMへの仕様伝達・DFMフィードバック対応・試作品の受入検証
試作評価（組立性、剛性、耐久、熱）と設計改訂サイクルの実行
アクチュエータ・センサ・ハーネスの実装設計
社内試作（3Dプリント・簡易加工）による高速な設計検証
ソフトウェアチームからの要求（センサ配置・剛性・保守性）の設計への翻訳
組立・データ収集スタッフ向けの組立手順書整備

Required Qualifications

機構設計の実務 **5年以上**（製造業・自動車・精密機器・ロボット等）
3D CAD（SolidWorks / Creo / NX等）での詳細設計・図面作成の実務（2D図面の公差指示まで一人で完結できること）
試作→量産のいずれかのフェーズを製品として世に出した経験
海外サプライヤ（中国が望ましい）との図面ベースのやりとり経験
日本語ビジネスレベル＋英語読み書き（仕様書・データシート）

中国語（あればプラス評価いたします）
ロボット・アクチュエータ搭載機器の設計経験
FEA（構造・熱）による設計検証
PCB・ハーネス設計の基礎知識
品質保証・信頼性試験の経験
