What You'll Do

  • D1の機構設計(3D CAD詳細設計、図面作成、公差設計)
  • 中国OEMへの仕様伝達・DFMフィードバック対応・試作品の受入検証
  • 試作評価(組立性、剛性、耐久、熱)と設計改訂サイクルの実行
  • アクチュエータ・センサ・ハーネスの実装設計
  • 社内試作(3Dプリント・簡易加工)による高速な設計検証
  • ソフトウェアチームからの要求(センサ配置・剛性・保守性)の設計への翻訳
  • 組立・データ収集スタッフ向けの組立手順書整備

 

Required Qualifications

  • 機構設計の実務 **5年以上**(製造業・自動車・精密機器・ロボット等)
  • 3D CAD(SolidWorks / Creo / NX等)での詳細設計・図面作成の実務(2D図面の公差指示まで一人で完結できること)
  • 試作→量産のいずれかのフェーズを製品として世に出した経験
  • 海外サプライヤ(中国が望ましい)との図面ベースのやりとり経験
  • 日本語ビジネスレベル+英語読み書き(仕様書・データシート)

 

Preferred

  • 中国語(あればプラス評価いたします)
  • ロボット・アクチュエータ搭載機器の設計経験
  • FEA(構造・熱)による設計検証
  • PCB・ハーネス設計の基礎知識
  • 品質保証・信頼性試験の経験
