Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough product testing and ensure localization accuracy for English and Japanese markets.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, covering regression, unit, exploratory, functional, and performance testing.
• Report findings and collaborate on solutions to enhance product quality.
• Prioritize and address issues efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English and Japanese, capable of conducting business in both languages.
• Proven experience in QA testing or software development, with a focus on web and mobile applications.

Desirable Skills:

• Skill in copywriting for English or Japanese audiences.
• Expertise in localization practices between English and Japanese.
• Proficiency with QA tools (Testrail, JIRA, GitHub) and familiarity with industry standards.
• Insight into the online streaming and entertainment sectors.
• Business-level proficiency in additional languages like Korean and Chinese is a plus.
• Comfortable with internal communication and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Docs, Figma).
• Adaptability to thrive in startup environments.
