Why we are hiring
Since its official launch in October 2019, Autify for Web, our test automation platform for web applications, has been implemented by over 300 companies. The product is steadily growing, and while we provide basic functions, we are continuing to receive many requests for additional features and improvements from our clients. Our product lineup is also expanding; the beta-version of Autify for Mobile, our mobile app test automation platform, was released in April 2021.
With the number of employees at the Japan office exceeding 25 and recruitment at the US headquarters is in full swing, we have reached the stage to build a solid structure for expanding internationally. Our recruitment activities are currently handled by one recruitment officer and external support such as subcontractors. However, to achieve long-term business growth, we must strengthen our ability to recruit talent.
We are hiring a recruiter who has the right mindset and skills to acquire talent by any means necessary, regardless of the candidate's location.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment policies
- Build and implement a pipeline not only in the short-term but also in the medium- and long-term
- Build long-term relationships with agents
- Direct the selection process from application to closing
- Define requirements and create candidate personas by working closely with the in-house HR officer
- Monitor, review, and improve the selection process
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in hiring mid-career candidates at a company or agency
- At least three years of experience in recruiting software engineers or business roles
- Extensive recruiting experience, including direct sourcing, working at recruiting agencies, employee referrals, and planning/running recruiting events
- Experience in company-wide recruitment activities involving in-house team members
- English skills (business level)
Preferred
- Experience in international recruitment
- Understanding of software development and engineering
- Experience in executive recruiting (business manager/CXO level)
- Ability to understand the business and the organization, define and hire the required personnel

- Ability to proceed with the selection process while seeing things from the candidates' perspective
- Ability to carefully build relationships with potential candidates in the mid- to long-term
