About Micoworks

MicoCloud
A marketing platform that optimizes communication between companies and their customers.
Currently, the system has been introduced to more than 1,000 brands and is contributing to the business growth of BtoC companies in industries including human resources, finance, real estate, car dealership, and more.
Micomii
A marketing tool for business owners to increase recurring customers using LINE official accounts.
The tool can be set up on a smartphone, and businesses can automate coupon and messaging functions depending on the customer’s specialized information.
The service is focused on solving problems faced by small business owners who want to effectively use the LINE official account features, replace stamp cards with digital ones, and more.
MicoVoice
An AI call service that specializes in outbound phone calls.
Many companies who need to call their customers find that many people tend to not answer the phone. This creates a gap between required labor costs and productivity.
Micowork’s team of engineers has over 20 years of experience in the conversational AI domain. This service helps companies focus on the customer experience and improve customer satisfaction.
BizClo
BizClo is a joint product with LINE Yahoo!
It's a business chat service that uses official LINE accounts to allow companies to communicate with their customers for sales and customer support.
It provides a solution for B2C businesses that handle high unit price products, to establish a third point of contact with end-user customers on a one-to-one basis. This way, businesses can increase methods of communication via LINE, in addition to e-mail and telephone calls.
