Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for engineers to improve the value of Beatrust's services from the user's perspective by being responsible for the system's performance, reliability, and security, and making improvements through software.

 

About the Position

At Beatrust, the number of users has increased 15-fold over the past two years, primarily from large corporate customers, and our services have been steadily growing to require high performance, reliability, and security. Therefore, we are looking for SREs to improve these aspects from the user's perspective.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the development and operation of software to improve the performance, reliability, and security of the system, in addition to system management tasks such as building and operating the system infrastructure that supports Beatrust, automating toil, and responding to incidents. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for setting up CI/CD to improve the productivity of the entire development team and building and operating a data analysis infrastructure for product hypothesis verification.

 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Someone who can empathize with Beatrust’s Vision and Mission
• Over 3 years of experience in designing, building, and operating cloud environments (especially container operation experience)
• Experience in developing and operating monitoring and alert systems for services
• Practical experience in system construction and operation automation using Infrastructure as Code
• Possess at least one of the following:
• Experience in developing and operating large-scale, high-traffic services
• Experience in developing and operating SaaS products for large enterprises
• Experience in product development using TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go
• Deep expertise in security
• Business level English

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with some form of technical responsibility, such as a tech lead
• Knowledge of infrastructure, architecture design, machine learning, project management
• Possess multiple of the following:
• Experience in developing and operating large-scale, high-traffic services
• Experience in developing and operating SaaS products for large enterprises
• Experience in product development using TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go
• Deep expertise in security
• Contributions to open source projects
• Strong interest in the concept of SRE
