日本における事業拡大に伴い、日本語ネイティブ／堪能ですでに東京（近郊エリア）在住の方を対象にした募集です。事業が急速に伸びており、シニア・デベロッパーとして共にプロジェクトを成功へ導けるチームメンバーを絶賛増強中です！様々な案件がありますので、アジャイル開発に興味・経験のある多くの方とご一緒できればと思っています。
▶具体的な内容
CI＆Tのシニア・デベロッパー、アジャイル開発プロジェクトのすべての段階に参加し、一貫して顧客に価値を提供します。高度なスキルを持つシステムエンジニアで構成されるチームの一員として、最善な方法・技術を持って推進し、プロジェクトの技術的側面、特にウェブや世界中のオープンソース技術の使用に関する方向性を定める役割を担います。革新的な考え方を持ち、デジタルの世界に情熱を持っている方を求めています。
▶業務と責任の内容
・日本におけるCI&Tの既存及び見込みの顧客やパートナー企業に対して、必要に応じて異なるプラットフォームへの関わりも含め、アーキテクチャー・ソリューションをサポートする。この場合、日本語でのやりとりが主となる。
・プリセールスにおいて、技術的なソリューションの調整を促進し、CI&TのプロジェクトマネージャーやCI&Tの営業チームをサポートして、新規の見込み客に最適なソリューションの提供や提案を行う。
・プロジェクト/契約においては、ソリューションアーキテクトと共に、すべてのソフトウェアと適切なハードウェア要素を含むソリューションアーキテクチャ全体のサポートを担当する。
・日本、中国、その他のグローバルオフィスのCI&Tチームとのやりとりは、英語が主となる。
・成熟したプロセスとDevOpsにおける最善最適な手法を用いること。
・より無駄のない効率的なソリューションを模索する。
・ビジネスにおけるマクロなビジョンを持って、より積極的な方法で問題解決へ導く行動をする。
・PoCや技術的検証を実施し、指導する。
・チームの一員として働く - チームワークが最も重要です。
・チームの知識を広げ、増大させる。
・複数のプロジェクト／タスクに同時に取り組むことができる。
▶必須要件
・ Web開発技術を用いるソフトウェア開発の経験が5年以上あること
・以下のいずれかのプログラミング言語の使用経験があることが望ましい。PHP、Java、.Net
・クラウドソリューション、RESTおよびAPIの開発とアーキテクチャ、マイクロサービスおよび関連するベストプラクティスに関する知識を有していること。
・アーキテクチャーの決定がプロジェクトの結果に与える影響を理解していること。
・特定のプロジェクトに必要な主要分野全般におけるウェブ・ソフトウェア・アーキテクチャに関連する経験または理論的な知識
・アプリケーション設計の経験、および適切な方法論（ERモデル、デザインパターンなど）やツールに関する知識。
・迅速なPoC（概念実証）を行った経験。
・タスクを自動化するためのスクリプトを作成した経験（慣れ親しんだスクリプト言語を使用
・日本語ネイティブ
・英語 - 中級レベル以上
・東京都内に居住しており、日本国籍または有効なビザを持っていること。
・追加ポイントとして、以下の経験があると尚可。
・アジャイル／スクラムによるソフトウェア開発
・Linux / Unix OSの経験（例えば、AWS上のサーバーを管理するためにターミナルウィンドウで操作する必要がある場合など）。
What are we looking for?
This professional will participate in all phases of the Agile project lifecycle and consistently deliver business value to our clients. This professional will be part of an exclusive team of highly skilled system engineers, who advance best practices, and help set direction for the technical aspects of our practice, especially web and the use of Open Source technologies around the globe. The ideal candidate has an innovative mindset and a passion for the digital world.
Key responsibilities:
・Support Architectural Solutions involving different platforms when applicable, to existing and prospect CI&T customers and partners in Japan - using Japanese as the main language;
・Facilitate technical solution alignments in Pre-Sales, supporting CI&T Project Managers and CI&T Sales teams to engage and provide the best solutions and proposals to our new prospects;
・For projects/engagements, responsible for supporting the overall solution architecture together with Solution Architect, including all software and appropriate hardware elements
・Interact with CI&T teams in Japan, China and other global offices, using English as the main language;
・Mature processes and applying DevOps best practices are part of the challenge.
・Search for leaner and more efficient solutions.
・Act with problem solving in a more assertive way, with a macro vision of the business.
・Implements and guides PoCs and technical validations.
・Work as part of the team - team work is paramount.
・Enlarge the team's knowledge.
・Able to work on multiple projects/tasks at the same time;
Experience Requirements
・At least 5 years of experience in software development, leveraging Web development technologies
・Strong experience with one of the following programming languages is highly desirable: PHP, Java or .Net
・The ideal candidate should have knowledge on Cloud solutions, REST and API development and architecture, along with best practices for microservices and related;
・Understanding of the architectural decision impact to the outcome of a project;
・Experience or theoretical knowledge in all the main areas required for the particular project, in relation to web software architecture
・Experience in application design and knowledge of appropriate methodologies (ER models, Design Patterns, etc.) and tools.
・Experience running quick PoCs - proof of concepts;
・Experience creating scripts for automation of tasks (in any script language he/she is more familiar with);
・Native Japanese
・English - intermediate level at least;
・Already living in the Tokyo region, with citizenship or valid visa.
・Extra points:
・Agile / Scrum software development
・Linux /Unix OS experience (as to operate in terminal windows when required to manage servers on AWS on on a similar platform, for example)
