The Role

As a Project Manager, you will lead complex projects from conception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our project deliverables align with strategic objectives and exceed industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Monitor and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Jira and Salesforce.
• 2+ years working background in cybersecurity (from private or public sectors).
• Fluent English and at least intermediate Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher).
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively and see projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; extremely resourceful.
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of endpoint security or previous work experience with endpoint security products.
• Basic understanding of ransomware, malware, and desktop risks.
