2. Products You Will Work On

You will lead the planning, development, and growth of products that are expected to become critical infrastructure for on-chain finance, including our recently announced enterprise Web3 wallet and Data Privacy solutions.

As a Blockchain Engineer supporting the core of our Web3 products, you will tackle advanced technical challenges such as data privacy protection and the implementation of sophisticated policy engines.

You will be expected to define platform specifications by working backward from business needs and serve as a specialist in smart contract implementation, providing the technical foundation that supports our products at their core.

4. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement privacy-preserving technologies, including Zero-Knowledge Proofs and Confidential Transactions
• Design, implement, and support audits of smart contracts
• Conduct in-depth implementation work at the protocol level for EVM-compatible blockchains
• Implement backend systems for policy engines and access control
• Collaborate technically with external blockchain partners

We are hiring for this position to strengthen the backend engineering capabilities that will play a central role in building this infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a backend engineer
• Hands-on professional experience in blockchain and smart contract development, including experience with EVM-compatible blockchains
• Experience implementing on-chain and off-chain systems using at least one of the following languages: Solidity, Go, or Rust

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of cryptographic technologies, such as elliptic curve cryptography, Zero-Knowledge Proofs, or MPC
• Experience designing and implementing smart contract wallets
• Experience operating and customizing blockchain nodes
• Experience with smart contract security audits and vulnerability remediation

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Able to define appropriate implementation standards for software intended for long-term use, such as OSS, and translate those standards into high-quality implementations
• Strong understanding of low-level system concepts, including networking, security, data structures, and computational costs, with the ability to apply that knowledge in implementation
• Strong interest in technically challenging areas, with experience such as contributing to OSS projects
