As a Platform Engineer (Infrastructure), you will be responsible for improving and maintaining the company's cloud infrastructure, used across all of our products, projects and R&D work. We aim to solve society's issues with AI. The cloud infrastructure you will be responsible for is the backbone of everything ExaWizards produces.

Who We are Looking for 求める人物像

You will report directly to the head of the Platform Operations Group, bringing your cloud and infrastructure expertise to the team. You’re someone who is great working with a multicultural and well-rounded team, with experience maintaining and enhancing cloud resources. You should feel confident in your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with components and systems operating in a number of different configurations.

Required Skills 必須要件

• Hands-on experience in managing cloud-based environments
• A strong level of knowledge in at least one cloud resource provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
• A working knowledge of at least one container orchestration platform (Kubernetes, Nomad, etc.)
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills :
  　{Business-level English and conversational Japanese}
  　OR
  　{Business-level Japanese and at least reading and writing capabilities for English}

• クラウドベースの環境管理に関する実務経験

• 特定のクラウドプラットフォーム（AWS、GCP、Azureなど）の豊かな知識
• コンテナオーケストレーション（Kubernetes、Nomadなど）の経験
• コミュニケーション能力：
  　英語のビジネスレベル かつ 日本語の日常会話レベル
  　または
  　日本語のビジネスレベル かつ 英語の読み書きができるレベル

Preferred Skills 歓迎要件

• A good understanding of modern cloud security best practices
• Proficiency in software development practices
• Scripting skills in at least one of Python, Go, Bash, or another language
• Experience working in a startup environment

• ソフトウェア開発の実務経験
