One of our latest programs, nano-MBA, offers a mix of live online classes, video lectures, case studies and live group work. Students receive 0.5 academic credits towards the GLOBIS MBA upon completion of each nano-MBA course.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute global and regional marketing campaigns spanning across digital, content, social, direct, influencer, and direct marketing channels
  • Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Work closely with key collaborators to identify target customers and develop creative campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (mainly: sales team, customer success team, vendors, and partner agencies) to reach team targets
  • Create regional marketing strategies
  • Organize key events, sponsorships, collaborations, and other initiatives to drive awareness and conversions
  • Other tasks as required by the team


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any file
  • Successful previous experience as a marketing professional
  • Native or equivalent English proficiency with Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3 or higher) *The following tests will be accepted as a substitute for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT.) 
  • Proven ability to drive the marketing funnel from awareness to purchase
  • Proactive sales starter, highly driven and detail-oriented
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Data analytical skills, and experience with google analytics
  • PPC and SEM campaign planning and execution
  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • Have a strong interest in GLOBIS business and GLOBIS WAY


Preferred:

  • Experience working with marketing automation tools, Hubspot
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Pardot
  • Strong passion for the education, L&D, and technology solutions industries
  • Working knowledge of the e-learning industry
  • Regional market research skills
  • Global marketing experience
  • Strong design sense

Salary

  • Salary depends on work experience, skills and abilities 
  • Annual salary revision in July
  • Profit-sharing (summer and winter, as per company rules and regulations)
  • The annual salary is inclusive of premium wages for 45 hours of overtime work

Holidays

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
  • 20 paid holidays (can be rolled over to the following year for a maximum of 40 total days). During the 3-month probation period, a maximum of 5 days can be granted, calculated on a pro-rata basis from the start date.
  • Annual holidays: New Year’s period (Dec 29-Jan 4), marriage leave, condolence leave, natural disaster leave, maternity leave, sabbatical (after 5 and 10 consecutive years with the company)

*The employee is requested to repay the above mentioned support/subsidy for the following cases:

  • Employee leaves GLOBIS not completing the programs. 
  • Employee leaves GLOBIS during enrollment of the programs. 
  • Employee leaves GLOBIS within two years after completing programs.


Approx. OTW

Avg. 10-20 hours per month (maximum allowed is 45 hrs/month)


Remote Work

While emphasizing real "places" that create good communities, corporate cultures, and relationships, we will also actively adopt online and remote working by using cutting-edge technology. Two days or more per week is recommended, but the policy and rule will be determined by the nature of the work of each department/team.

Sample Schedule of a weekday

GLOBIS employees have flexible working hours and are allowed remote work. Depending on the department and other conditions, staff are asked to commute to the office 1-2 days/week. Typical working hours are 9:30-18:00, with a 1-hour lunch break and weekends (Sat, Sun) off.
