仕事内容/Responsibilities
- LeapMindが開発した「Efficiera」製品の持続的にリリース、顧客の信頼を獲得しビジネスを拡大するにあたり、品質保証・品質管理を担当していただきます
- Quality Assurance Teamのマネージャーや、社内他部署と連携し、次の活動を行うソフトウェアの品質保証 & 品質管理の企画・推進など幅広く担当
- ISO 9001 準拠の品質管理活動
- ISO 26262 準拠の品質管理活動
- 社内での普及活動および社外への説明
- You will be responsible for quality assurance and quality management as we continue to release ‘Efficiera’ products that we developed, gain customer trust and expand our business.
- You will be incharge of following activities working together with the Quality Assurance Team Manager and other departments within the company:
Responsible for a wide range of quality assurance and quality management planning and promotion in our subsidiary- Quality management activities based on ISO 9001
- Quality management activities based on ISO 26262
- Disseminate activities for the in-house and explanation to the outside of the company
必須スキル/Required Skills
- 理工系学部卒もしくはそれと同等の経験ソフトウェア開発の実務経験
- 品質管理・品質保証の実務経験
- 日本語及び英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーションスキル
- Bachelor's degree in science and engineering, or equivalent experience
- Working experience in software development
- Working experience in quality management and quality assurance
- Business level communication skills in Japanese and English
歓迎スキル/Desirable Skills
- 情報, 電気/電子/計算機, or システム工学分野での修士号, 博士号もしくはそれと同等の経
- ISO 9001 準拠 品質管理システムの設計/据付/運用/改善経験
- ISO 26262 準拠 品質管理システムの設計/据付/運用/改善経験
- Master's degree or Ph.D., or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics/Computer, or Systems Engineering
- Experience in designing, installing, operating, and/or improving ISO 9001 compliant quality management systems
- Experience in designing, installing, operating, and/or improving ISO 26262 compliant quality management systems
