・Bolster the number of teams in which developers can independently create, operate, and maintain end-to-end testing.
・Resolve the issues that developers face in testing with technology.
・Develop a testing library for solving problems that are difficult to address with existing open source software (OSS).
・Create an environment that lets developers work smoothly by utilizing tests.

[Specific Responsibilities Include]
・Building various test infrastructures as well as proposing, creating, and supporting frameworks for development teams.
・Development and operation of test platforms.
・Design, development, and operation of product tests as a member of a development team.

Leverage your existing development experience to build a career specializing in the area of automated testing or as a Software Engineer in Test (SET). This position offers you the opportunity to get involved in the testing of large-scale LINE services and gain knowledge about a wide variety of solutions. Requirement

[Required Skills]

・Experience creating/proposing unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests that match the architecture, nature, and framework of a service.
・Experience developing iOS/Android applications or Web applications.
・Basic knowledge of computer science (e.g. algorithms, data structures, databases, networks).

[Preferred Skills]
・Development experience utilizing container runtimes (like Docker) or management tools (such as Kubernetes).
・Work experience as a SET.
・Experience contributing to OSS projects.

[Preferred Language Skills]
・Native Japanese speakers:
- Ability to read technical documents in English.
- Ability to communicate in English through email, Slack, etc.
・Non-native Japanese speakers: Japanese skills equivalent to JLPT Level N1.

Salary: Fixed annual salary + Incentive (twice/year); Other details to be discussed during interviews.
