Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and deploy services for both internal and external (cloud) use at Mujin
- Manage the lifecycle of existing and active services, including patching, security tracking, auditing, and scaling up/down
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all active services
- Address the support ticket backlog for system administrative tickets
- Conduct audits and strengthen Mujin's infrastructure
- Use automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Implement a defense-in-depth strategy to secure Mujin's services from potential threats
- Create documentation and procedures related to the services provided by the Infrastructure team
- Provide technical solutions and fixes to problems through consultations with staff
- Generate Documentation, Procedures, and Guidelines for the Mujin Infrastructure.
Required Skills
- A curious and eagerness to learn new things
- Experience in Linux System Administration
- Knowledge of Windows Administration, including Active Directory, AzureAD, Group Policy, and Patch Management
- Hands-on experiences with virtualization platforms, such as configuring hypervisors, virtual networking, and storage connections
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging systems and their implementation and maintenance
- Basic understanding of database administration
- Ability to work with customers (internal or external) in a consultative manner, translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong conceptual understanding of DNS and networking.

- 8:45~17:45 (Includes 1-hour break)
