Two Sigma

Two Sigma offers 20 days of paid leave per year. This increases to 25 days of paid leave after 5 years.

They also offer unlimited sick days and 3 paid observance days which can be used to recognize days of personal religious, spiritual, historical, or cultural significance.

New parents will receive additional paid leave to spend time with their growing family.

Two Sigma requires five onsite work days each month. Outside of these onsite days, they are free to work remotely.

Our kitchens on every floor of our offices are fully stocked with snacks and drinks, and offer space to brainstorm or take a break.

 

Mindfulness and meditation

All employees and dependents have access to confidential, free counseling. We also provide a number of meditation and mindfulness resources to employees.
