Synspective’s Japanese skill requirements vary depending on the position and are defined in each job description.

Synspective offers 10 days of paid leave that increase annually up to 20 days, in accordance with paid leave according to Japanese law. The company also observes all Japanese national holidays and provides 6 additional days off for the year-end holidays (from December 29th to January 3rd).
