Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Engineering team in the development of our SNS/web3 app. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, and the ability to managae complex projects in a fast-paced environment. You will have a chance to work on a web3 as well as a web2 SNS application and help create a high level process with a fast moving team. You will be dedicated to an Agile Work Team to deliver new technology and code. You will be responsible to constantly think through the processes and needs of the business to support an efficient and error-free process.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to release
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including developers, designers, and business teams
Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management
Collaborate with offshore development teams and manage relationships with external vendors
Ensure adherence to agile development methodologies and best practices
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in web or mobile app development (3+ year experience in a BtoC or toC mobile products;Experience in SNS/web3/high-user is nice to have)
Strong technical background with understanding of software development principles
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Familiarity with web3 technologies and blockchain concepts
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and team management skills
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
Negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
Fluent English and Japanese
