Designer

Overview:

Join PostPrime as a UX/UI Designer and collaborate with engineers, PdMs, PMs, and fellow designers to develop new features and improve existing ones, always placing user experience at the core. You’ll take on exciting challenges to deliver a new kind of SNS experience to end users.

You will:

• Utilize analytics tools, A/B test results, and experiments to identify issues and propose improvements
• Create UX flows and UI designs based on clear concepts and user insights
• Design end-to-end UX/UI across the PostPrime platform
• Work closely with engineers, PdMs, and PMs from ideation to final design

You may be fit for this role if you:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design for web and/or mobile apps
• Strong working knowledge of Figma
• Experience in product release, performance analysis, and iterative improvement
• Experienced with social media, trading, or investment platforms. Able to do market/function/competitor research to contribute to the product roadmap

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical experience applying design thinking
• Experience managing or contributing to in-house services
• Comfortable reading/writing English and working with a global team

このポジションに適している方：

• Web/モバイルアプリのUX/UIデザインに関する3〜5年以上の実務経験
• Figmaを使用したデザイン経験
• プロダクトのリリース、効果測定、改善経験
• SNSやトレーディング・投資プラットフォームに関する職務経験を有し、市場調査・機能調査・競合調査などを通じて、プロダクトのロードマップ策定に貢献できる方
