SAMANSA’s Japanese language requirements vary depending on the position. The development team currently consists of Japanese members, so having Japanese proficiency is preferred. However, the company is eager to welcome international developers and learn from their diverse perspectives and expertise. SAMANSA supervisors and managers are able to communicate in English.

SAMANSA employees receive 10 days of paid leave in their first year, which increases annually up to 20 days. The company also observes all Japanese national holidays (approximately 16 per year), as well as about 3 days of company holidays in summer and a few additional days during the New Year period.
