Product Growth Manager

Overview:

At TakaTrade, a subsidiary of PostPrime, we are building and enhancing a financial trading platform focused on instruments such as commodity CFDs. As PostPrime’s dedicated financial services company, TakaTrade plays a key role in expanding trading and investment solutions beyond social content into real financial utility. Our mission is to deliver a secure, user-friendly, and high-performance trading experience for both professional and individual investors.

You will:

• Identify user pain points and define the value TakaTrade can deliver through hypothesis-building and market/user research
• Develop a product roadmap aligned with company-wide strategy and gain alignment across all stakeholders
• Translate product strategy into clear specifications, requirements, and prototypes
• Define and monitor KGI/KPI, analyze performance gaps, and implement improvements
• Leverage your understanding of trading platform mechanics to lead strategic product growth
• Optimize onboarding flows and transaction journeys to enhance the overall trading experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine platform functionality and improve user engagement

You may be fit for this role if you:

• Experience in product management or data analysis (experience in B2C financial or trading services is a plus)
• Strong background or familiarity with trading platforms or financial instruments such as FX and CFDs
• High user empathy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Hands-on experience using trading or investment platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience driving user growth (e.g., DAU) in a new product or platform
• Experience designing and optimizing user journeys and onboarding flows
• Experience in managing and improving in-house products
• Ability to read and write English, and willingness to collaborate with international team members

• 投資・取引に関わるユーザーの課題を分析し、TakaTradeが提供すべき価値を仮説立案とリサーチにより明確化する
• 会社全体の事業戦略と整合したプロダクトロードマップを策定し、ステークホルダーとの合意形成を主導する
• 要件定義やプロトタイピングを通じて、プロダクトアイデアを具現化する
• KGI・KPIを設定・モニタリングし、目標とのギャップを分析・改善する
• 金融業界における取引プラットフォームの知見を活かし、プロダクト成長をリードする
• 取引フローの最適化やオンボーディングの改善を通じて、ユーザーエクスペリエンスを向上させる
• クロスファンクショナルチーム（エンジニア・CS・マーケティング等）と連携し、継続的なプロダクト改善に貢献する

必須要件：

• プロダクトマネジメントまたはデータ分析等の業務経験（B2Cの金融・取引関連サービス経験歓迎）
• 金融商品（FXやCFD等）または取引プラットフォームの企画・開発・運営経験
• 高いユーザー視点と、スピード感ある環境での実行力
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力（対面・オンライン両方）
• 投資プラットフォームや金融取引ツールの利用経験がある方
