Product Growth Manager

Overview:

Join PostPrime and work with engineers, designers, marketers, the CEO, CTO, and other stakeholders to develop new features and improve existing features that prioritize user experience. Experience various challenges while delivering a new SNS experience to end users and building platform businesses that support online trading and investment services.

You will:

• Define consumer pain points and determine the value PostPrime can provide by making hypotheses and validating them through research.
• Define product roadmaps aligned with company-level strategies and reach consensus with all stakeholders.
• Translate product plans into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Monitor KGI, KPI, and identify ways to close gaps between targets and outcomes.
• Leverage not only technical expertise but also past experience in building and leading the entire strategy for a trading or investment platform business to drive core product development.
• Develop platform businesses related to trading and investment services by creating seamless user experiences, improving customer onboarding, and enhancing transaction flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine and expand platform functions and user engagement.

You may be fit for this role if you:

• Have professional experience in a product management or analytical role — experience with B2C products is preferred.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer experience intuition, with a proven track record of creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features.
• Are highly user pain point–oriented and thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment.
• Possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Have experience using any SNS platform, trading platform, or investment platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in growing DAU (Daily Active Users) for a new app platform.
• Hands-on experience in designing and optimizing user journeys.
• Experience managing in-house services.
• Ability to read and write English and willingness to work in an international environment.

• ユーザー体験を向上させる為、PostPrimeが提供できる価値を仮説立案・リサーチ検証を通じて定義する
• 会社全体の戦略と整合させたプロダクトロードマップを策定し、全ステークホルダーとの合意形成を行う
• プロダクトプランを具体的な要件定義やプロトタイプに具体化する
• KGI、KPIをモニタリングし、目標と実績のギャップを特定・解消する
• テクニカルな知見だけでなく、取引プラットフォームや投資サービスにおける戦略構築・リード経験を活かし、コアプロダクトの成長を推進する
• 取引・投資に関連するプラットフォームビジネスを開発し、ユーザーオンボーディングや取引フローの最適化を進める
• クロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、機能改善やユーザーエンゲージメント向上を図る

必須要件：

• プロダクトマネジメントまたは分析業務の実務経験をお持ちの方（toC向けプロダクトの経験歓迎）
• 卓越したカスタマーエクスペリエンスの直感力と、革新的かつユーザーフレンドリーなプロダクト・機能を生み出した実績をお持ちの方
• ユーザー課題に強い関心を持ち、スピーディーな環境でエネルギッシュに働ける方
• 優れた口頭・書面・対人コミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方
• SNSプラットフォーム、取引プラットフォーム、または投資プラットフォームの利用経験がある方
