Mandatory Qualifications:

3+ years experience in project management for web application development and/or PMO activities
Ability to interact at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated experience leading and influencing across a complex, global matrix organization.
Uses critical thinking skills and disciplined approaches to help leaders and leadership teams resolve issues and define solutions.
Excellent written and communication skills in English and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
Influences and energizes others toward the common vision and goal
Involved in team/process improvement or optimization

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in working as a Web service system developer.
Experience in creating technical documents (e.g. API Specifications, DB Relationship Diagram, Architectural Design).
