Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer / UI-UX Designer to lead experience design and branding for our AI-powered solutions in the financial sector. As we move from 0 → 1, you will take over design ownership from the CEO and dramatically elevate the product and service experience.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs for our web app in Figma
• Define the overall brand concept and design guidelines
• Derive insights from user interviews and data; identify UX issues
• Redesign existing UI from the ground up (improving the current CEO-made design)
• Share developer-ready specs and collaborate closely with engineers
• Build and maintain a design system and ensure accessibility
• Measure post-release impact (e.g., adoption, NPS) and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• UI design experience for Japanese users, with Japanese-language interfaces
• Strong web-app UI skills in Figma
• Proven record in product-wide branding
• End-to-end UI/UX improvement based on user feedback
• Cross-functional teamwork with dev-team and biz-team
• Business-level Japanese (all customer-facing design is in Japanese)
• Business-level English (internal communication is in English)

• Design for FinTech or B2B SaaS products
• Experience with large-enterprise systems
