Solafune is a technology company that tackles social challenges faced by government agencies, corporations, and international organizations using AI and data analysis. As our business grows, the scope of our technology projects is rapidly expanding, including government-related projects, joint projects with large corporations, and our own products and R&D.

In these projects, the technical requirements and solutions are not always clearly defined from the outset. As the project materializes, it's necessary to organize the challenges, identify the required technologies, and consider the optimal approach from multiple options such as AI, Software, Data, Cloud, and Security.

Therefore, we are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong foundation in Software Engineering/Computer Science and expertise in their respective fields, who can organize ambiguous technical challenges and autonomously lead from technology selection to design and implementation. You don't need to be proficient in all technologies. We are looking for someone who can quickly grasp the necessary areas while leveraging their expertise to advance projects from a technical standpoint.

Job Description

Depending on the project, experience, and expertise, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Technical lead for government agencies, public institutions, and large corporations
• Clarification of technical challenges and requirements through dialogue with clients and business sides
• Architecture design, technology selection, and development
• System and application development combining AI, Software, Data, Cloud, etc.
• Leading from PoC and technical verification to production implementation and operation
• Research, verification, and introduction of new technological areas
• Collaboration with engineers, research teams, and business sides

Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical experience in software development
• Experience leading development from design and technology selection to implementation
• Experience independently devising solutions to uncertain technical challenges and moving projects forward
• Comfortable reading and writing technical information in English, using translation tools, etc.
