As we scale our business, we need someone who can elevate our organization to the next level through engineering excellence: advancing our reservation and check-in systems, operational management infrastructure, data-driven efficiency improvements, and developing features that create new hospitality experiences.

In this role, you'll have significant autonomy in architectural design and technology selection, with deep involvement in shaping our service direction. Working closely with management, you'll directly experience business growth while significantly advancing your skills and career.

SQUEEZE is evolving into a "hospitality platform company" that fuses technology and operations to drive hotel operational efficiency and deliver new guest experiences. We're looking for someone who embraces change and is ready to shape the future with engineering as their weapon.

Mission

Our engineering team supports sustainable business growth and service quality improvement through proprietary product development and infrastructure enhancement. You'll lead SQUEEZE's new ventures and projects from a technical perspective, maximizing product value and strengthening our development foundation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate proprietary products
• Technology selection, architecture design, and requirement definition for new ventures and projects
• Drive team development using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Improve development processes and infrastructure (CI/CD, etc.)
• Support implementation of data utilization and AI features
• Execute system operations, maintenance, and security measures

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of web application development experience
• Experience with framework-based development
• Team and project leadership experience
• Agile/Scrum development experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Python development experience
• B2B product development experience

Our cloud-based hospitality management platform "suitebook" leverages AI to support hotel operations through both SaaS and BPO. It covers everything from management functions like accounting and revenue management to frontline operations including front desk and housekeeping, driving operational efficiency and quality improvement.

"suitebook" has evolved beyond traditional PMS (Property Management System) functionality. By integrating revenue data like occupancy rates, ADR, guest trends, and cost management, it has become a "Profit Management System" that enables GOP (Gross Operating Profit) maximization.

Through IoT devices, dedicated hardware terminals, video calls, and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems, we're creating new guest touchpoints. This allows "suitebook" to evolve as a next-generation hotel operations platform that balances digitalization and personalization of the guest experience.

From Hotels to City-Making

Currently, we're participating in projects that shape the future of entire cities, including operating "tower eleven hotel / onsen & sauna" within "ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO," managed by Fighters Sports & Entertainment in Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido.

SQUEEZE is not just a hotel operator. We provide platforms that maximize the value of tourism-related spaces and time. Leveraging our hotel DX expertise—centered on "suitebook" and "Cloud Reception"—we broadly deploy our know-how to external partners, driving industry-wide efficiency and experience value evolution.

We're in a phase of redesigning spaces and experiences from a "city-making" perspective beyond hotel operations. Starting from hotels, we're challenging ourselves to create new value where people, cities, and technology connect organically.
