Product Manager (Communication AI)

Job Description

Starley is developing "Cotomo," one of Japan's largest voice AI apps. With the concept "For both the things you want to say and those you can't," we aim to redefine the relationship between humans and AI. We're seeking a **Product Manager, Communication AI** to drive product growth, new product development, and business expansion.

In this role, you will lead the strategy and development of Cotomo as well as future AI products. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, while also driving global expansion efforts and shaping product strategy with an international perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies and tactics to create products that users love
• Lead product development in close collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams
• Drive preparations and strategies for global market expansion

Required Skills and Experience

• Over 3 years of product management experience in consumer-focused products
• Strong interest and enthusiasm for the generative AI field
• Experience leading or collaborating with designers to create wireframes, prototype designs, and conducting UI/UX validation such as usability testing using tools like Figma
• Experience with project management and schedule management

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in startups or launching new businesses
• English communication skills
• JLPT N2 or higher Japanese skills
• Experience in product development focused on machine learning
