Japanese Language Policy
PayPay Securities started internationalizing their product teams in 2024. They are looking for someone who has business English proficiency, an open mind to embrace Japanese culture, and curiosity towards Securities.

PayPay Securities is on the move of creating an international-friendly environment like PayPay's Product Division, where English is the main language, and having interpreters who can provide simultaneous translation when necessary.

Please note that:
- For Engineers, Japanese language skills are not required but are beneficial to have.
- For Product Managers and Product Designers, business-level Japanese is a must.
Paid Leave
PayPay Securities offers National holidays (in Japan), Summer break (2 days), Year-End and New Year Holidays.

They also offer annual leave (1 to 10 days, depending on the month of joining, will be granted upon employment date for the 1st year).
