Job Description

We provide a website localization service ”WOVN.io” to the users who want to provide their website in multiple languages.

Required Skills / Experience

3+ years experience with web frameworks such as Ruby on Rails or similar
Experience with noSQL databases and/or relational database architecture
Strong sense of project ownership and responsibility
Familiar with cloud technologies such as AWS and development/deployment in a cloud infrastructure.
Interest in languages/internationalization
Business level in Japanese or English

Extra Skills / Experience

Excellent analytical and creative approaches to problem solving
Experience with large systems development
Experience with server/internet security
Experience with unit and end-to-end testing
Knowledge about Algorithms and data structures

Wovn Technologies, Inc, Head Office（FBR Mita Bldg. 8F, 4-1-27 Mita, Minato, Tokyo, Japan）
Currently, all the employees basically work from home because of Covid-19.

WOVN’s policies during COVID-19 are as follows:

- Moving to a remote work schedule from March, 2020 (still in effect)
- We are still hiring candidates from overseas, and will support their visa application. Until COVID-19 is settled and the border restriction is lifted, you can begin working remotely from abroad.

Notes

- Our office is in Tokyo, Japan. Successful applicants will need to relocate to Tokyo for this position. Working from abroad long-term is not possible.
