• Participate in creating the product vision
• Translate the product vision into a product roadmap and an actionable backlog for engineers
• Work closely with stakeholders inside and outside of the product and engineering organization
• Identify opportunities to scale our business

Requirements

• 5年以上のプロダクトマネジメント分野（特に下記項目）におけるご経験・ご実績

  • プロダクトビジョンの分解、およびプロダクトロードマップの策定
  • ロードマップの開発可能なレベルへの落とし込み、ユーザーストーリーや要件定義・仕様書の作成
  • プロダクト検証、受け入れテストにおける必要な基準設計
  • ユーザーインサイト・アナリティクスに基づいたデータドリブンな意思決定
  • 顧客ニーズおよびビジネスニーズの把握・可視化
• 効果的なコミュニケーションを通じた、社内ステークホルダーとの折衝・合意形成スキル
• マーケットプレイス／プラットフォームビジネス、あるいは類似ビジネスモデルの事業に携わったご経験
• ネイティブレベル以上の日本語、ならびに日常会話以上の英語スキル

• 5 years of experience related to product management, especially in the following activities:

  • Creating a product roadmap
  • Creating user stories and/or requirements understandable by the engineering team
  • Creating product and testing acceptance criteria
  • Making data-driven decisions
  • Identifying customer and business needs
• Experience in aligning internal stakeholders via effective communication
• Experience related to marketplace businesses or similar business model
• Native-level communication in Japanese and casual conversation in English

It would be good if you have:

• ソフトウェアエンジニアとしての開発のご経験
• B2C、B2B2Cサービス／プロダクト領域、あるいは関連事業会社でのご知見・ご経験
• スタートアップ、ベンチャー環境でのご就業経験
• スクラムマスター関連の資格保有
  E.g. Scrum Certified Product Owner, Scrum Master Certification など

Japanese Policy

Zehitomo doesn't require Japanese for this position strictly, but there are some employees working there that can't speak English fluently, so the more Japanese you know the better.

Zehitomo requires business-level in either Japanese or English and willing to try speaking in the other.
