Salary

Special Maternity / Paternity Leave

Owndays has a system that allows employees to take 30 days of maternity leave before the birth to prepare for the birth. The full salary is paid during this time. Paternity Leave mandatory for male staff, for a period of 30 days after the child is born. Owndays also offers a reduced working hour system for parents until the child reaches 4th grade.
