Ultra Tendency operates a flextime system where employees typically work eight hours a day, excluding a one-hour lunch break, within an overall daily window of 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. While core hours run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, team members have the flexibility to work shorter hours on some days and longer on others, provided they meet their required monthly average. Additionally, meetings are scheduled based on business requirements, including alignment with clients and the company's German headquarters.
