As a Solution Architect, you will utilize your outstanding technical skills and business sense to understand the client’s development system and business plans. You will then propose how Autify can sharpen their competitive edge.

You will proactively create specific plans on how the client can use Autify to address their challenges and close deals. Target clients include all companies that develop applications, from enterprises to startups. Once the contract is signed, you will take the lead in up-selling and cross-selling to other departments of the client company. You will work with the Sales Team, Customer Success Engineers, and the Engineering Team to expand our client base while building ongoing relationships with customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Showcase Autify’s product value from a technical perspective and help clients successfully implement Autify
• Discover use cases for customers, suggest appropriate automation and development processes, and support implementation
• Provide technical support for architecture development
• Identify technical issues during sales activities and offer solutions
• Prepare proposals and close contracts

Essential requirements

(1) At least 3 years of experience in any of the following:

• Experience in developing web app/native apps, including designing and executing tests on those apps
• Experience in proposing technologies based on an understanding of customer demands
• Experience in making proposals and/or providing support relating to a client’s application development as a Solution Architect, Product Manager, etc.
• Excellent technical and communication skills to respond to customer inquiries quickly and accurately

(2) Japanese communication skills (business level)

(3) Basic English communication skills

Preferred

• Sales and support experience in products for engineers
  
• Experience in CI/CD, planning and improving development processes
• JSTQB certified
• Certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, etc
• Experience in E2E test automation using Selenium, Appium, or Autify
• Experience in managing a development team
• Ability to communicate in English (business level)
