Your Role
As a Senior Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role at the intersection of technology, product, and sales in Japan. From the early stages of client engagement, you’ll help define requirements, translate needs into product direction, and support the execution of key initiatives. This position will report directly to the Japan CEO (Japanese, native English).
Working closely with our product and engineering teams in Seoul, you’ll act as the technical and operational bridge aligning with the sales effort in Japan. This is a true zero-to-one opportunity: you’ll be part of the early members of the team in Japan, helping to build our presence, refine our product and influence the future of our platform across APAC.
You’ll have the chance to drive implementation, support client onboarding, and facilitate continuous improvement of our core systems, while collaborating with sales, product, and engineering stakeholders across countries.

Preferred Qualifications
- Business-level English (must), Japanese native level preferred
- 3+ years in sales or client-facing roles
- 3+ years in engineering and/or a strong technical foundation
- Technical sales, client onboarding, product management experience a plus
- Experience collaborating with product teams or contributing to product development.
- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments preferred
