このポジションについて
ITアドミンコンサルタントはグループ企業のソフトウェア開発の加速させるため、グループ企業の既存ITアドミンチームに対してハイレベルなサポートの担っていただきます。各組織のプロダクト開発チームは、様々なクラウドサービスに依存しているため、認証やアカウント管理、不正対策などを更に強化し、かつユーザーにとって使いやすい環境を提供する必要があります。そのため、ゼロトラストアーキテクチャの深い知識を持ってグループ企業のITアドミンチームをリードし、コンサルティング、実装をできる方を求めています。ITアドミン業務全般に関する抱負な知識や経験を持ったモチベーションの高いプロフェッショナル人材はまさにDrivemodeが求める!ご応募をお待ちしています!

応募条件(必須)
· ITアドミンオペレーションサポートの経験5年以上
· アドミンタスクの自動化のためのスクリプト作成経験
· ゼロトラストセキュリティ原則の実装経験
· クラウドベースのITインフラの構築・実装経験
· シンプルなソースコードのプログラミング
· クリティカルシンキングと問題解決能力
· マルチタスクを処理する能力
· 流暢-ネイティブレベルの日本語能力
· ビジネスレベルの英語力(ライティング、リーディング)
· 日常会話レベルの英語力(リスニング、スピーキング)

In 2019, we joined forces with Honda as their first startup acquisition, and now we’re expanding our vision by bringing together software and hardware to build new products that solve real needs for millions of drivers around the world.
About the Role
The IT Admin consultant will provide high-level support to the existing IT admin team in the group company in order to accelerate the Agile software development of the group company. Since the product development team of each organization in the group company depends on various cloud services, it’s necessary to make more secure authentication, account management, fraud countermeasures, etc., and provide a user-friendly environment. We are looking for someone who has a deep knowledge of zero trust architecture and can lead the IT admin team in group companies, consulting and implementing. We are looking forward to your application!
What You Will Do
. Build IT infrastructure cloud services following zero trust security principles
. Lead effort to transform the IT infrastructure into a more user friendly and secure environment
. Provide support for parent organization IT admin groups
. Negotiate with stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
· Negotiation skills
· Critical thinking and problem solving skills
· 5+ years experience in IT operational support
· Experience building/upgrading cloud-based IT infrastructure
· Experience implementing zero trust security principles
· Scripting experience for administrative task automation
· Ability to handle multiple tasks
· Fluent - Native level of Japanese
· Business level of English (writing/reading)
· Daily conversation level of English (listening/speaking)
Nice to Have
· Experience introducing cloud-based IT infrastructure
· Good understanding and experience of GCP or AWS

Our Current Work
Honda motorcycles
We are building a modern software platform for Honda's new electric motorcycles. The platform, including mobile app and infotainment system, will be deployed in many countries.
Not only working with Honda's motorcycle engineers as one team, we also do our own in-house hardware prototyping to enable us to learn and move quickly. The goal is to provide seamless motorcycle rider experiences with deeply integrated software and hardware.
Honda/Acura vehicles
We are working on a vehicle companion app & platform for Honda's next generation electric vehicles. The app will be a critical part of connected service offering for any future Honda & Acura vehicles globally.
We are working closely with Honda's industry-leading hardware and vehicle experts to design the software and hardware as one experience for users.
Our Future Direction: This is just the beginning for us; we expect to expand our scope into other software driven areas for Automotive while continuing to grow and build on more capabilities
