Background
At estie, we strive to visualize the hidden value of cities through data utilization, aiming to unlock their true potential and enrich the lives of the people who live in them.
Commercial real estate—such as offices, station buildings, and shopping centers—is abundant in Tokyo, which is the world’s largest market for commercial real estate. Yet, due to data being buried and underutilized, urban development faces significant obstacles. Few realize that this lack of visible data hinders better city-building initiatives.
Imagine a future where people around the world recognize Japan’s true value and actively utilize its resources based on data. What kind of future city could we build?
A future where the economy thrives, becoming a city that can stand on the global stage—this is the vision we want to achieve under our purpose of "Unlocking the true value of industries.(産業の真価を、さらに拓く。)"
We have released "estie Market Research," an urban data analysis platform, and while subsequent products have also received positive feedback from many companies, we are still far from where we want to be. To realize a future where Japan’s cities are competitive globally, we need more teammates and capabilities.
At estie, we are continuously launching new products to "unlock the true value of industries" and are seeking teammates to lead the development of products that will improve the future of Japan.

About estie
Estie aims to solve the challenges of real estate transaction costs caused by data fragmentation.
Real estate transactions involve numerous companies and stakeholders; currently, each company operates its own independent database. As a result, information updates and sharing within companies are often delayed, leading to time lags and increased communication costs.
Estie’s goal is to simplify the data-sharing process by digitizing analog data and building a unified database. They can enable real-time, bidirectional information sharing, thus streamlining the flow of information.
