【Tech Lead】Platform Engineer（exaBase Studio）

exaBase Studio is a low-code development platform for software with machine learning that simplifies the deployment and management of machine learning models and enables functionality design through a GUI. Currently, the alpha version has been released, and development is progressing while conducting test releases and expanding features.

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join our Platform team, to help with development and delivery of exaBase Studio - including:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders on requirements’ definition and technical goal-setting.
• Working with the Platform team on development of core back-end features of the exaBase Studio platform.
• Leading the team on the technical front, both by guiding others and delegating work, but also demonstrating hands-on technical excellence.
• Cross-team communication and alignment.

exaBase Studioは、機械学習モデルを搭載したソフトウェアのローコード開発プラットフォームであり、機械学習モデルのデプロイ・管理を簡略化し、GUIを通じた機能設計を可能にします。現在、アルファ版がリリースされており、テストリリースを行いながら機能拡充を進めています。

Platformチームに参加してexaBase Studioの開発とデリバリーを支援できるTech Leadを募集しています。ご担当いただくスコープの例は以下の通りです。

• ビジネス側のステークホルダーと協力しながら要件定義やテクニカルな目標設定。
• PlatformチームとexaBase Studio基盤のコアバックエンド機能開発。
• 自らハンズオンで開発をしつつ、他のチームメンバーへの指導やタスクアサイン、などテクニカルな面でチームを牽引
• 他のチームとのコミュニケーションやアラインメント。

• 5+ years of experience developing backend web applications using Golang or another modern high-level language.
• System and database architecture design experience in high-scale, asynchronous microservice environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Focus on engineering best practices such as testing, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Clear and audience-oriented communication skills.
• Business-level English and conversational Japanese OR Business-level Japanese and at least reading and writing capabilities for English

• WEBアプリ開発の経験が5年以上
• 大規模なasyncのmicroservice環境でのシステムやDBアーキテクチャ設計経験
• AWS、GCP、Azure等のクラウド基盤の深い知識 ・テスト、 CI/CD、DevOps等の経験
• Kubernetesの運用経験
• 相手やシチュエーションに応じたコミュニケーションスキル
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語能力と口頭での会話が可能な日本語能力 または ビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力と、読み書き以上の英語の能力

• Track-record of leading autonomous, self-improving teams.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to facilitate requirement discovery and cross-functional delivery of products.
• Experience hiring and onboarding engineers.
• Interest in mentoring and developing junior engineers.
• Experience in the fields of SRE, QA, security, and release management.
