Job Summary / 業務概要

In this position, we expect you to take the lead in the operations team, including the technical support team. While communicating with stakeholders from not only your own team but also other teams, you will lead the team's strategy and operational management, contribute to the design of 24/7 support processes, manage on-premises solutions, and contribute to the development and standardization of update, patch, and upgrade policies.

    • Formulating operational strategies
    • Development and implementation based on operational strategies
    • Providing technical guidance to the operations team
    • Building support systems for mission-critical systems
    • Formulating and implementing policies for updating and upgrading infrastructure and on-premises solutions
    • Formulating and implementing incident management and response policies
    • Providing training in line with the latest security regulations and compliance standards

Tech Stack / 技術環境

Frontend: React, TypeScript, CSS, Vite, Zustand, Axios, SWR, etc. Backend: Go, Python, Node.js, etc. Others: AWS, kubernetes, Docker, GitHub, Jira, Figma/FigJam, etc.

  • Experience leading teams or projects.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical operations, including significant hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE practices within a cloud-based or Kubernetes environment.
  • Experience using and managing incident management software and project management tools (such as JIRA, ServiceNow)
  • Experience managing and creating technical documentation and operational procedures
  • Business level Japanese communication skills, and conversational level English communication skills

  • チームやプロジェクトをリードしてきた経験
  • クラウドベースまたは Kubernetes 環境内での DevOps/SRE 実践における重要な実践経験を含む、技術運用における 2年以上の経験
  • インシデント管理ソフトウェアおよびプロジェクト管理ツール (JIRA、ServiceNow など) の使用と管理の経験
  • 技術的なドキュメント、運用手順書の管理、作成の経験
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語、日常会話レベルの英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
  • Practical experience in managing global operations and leading teams across different geographical locations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in a hands-on technical context.
  • You have experience conducting security audits and compliance reviews, and a proven track record of addressing and mitigating identified issues.
  • You have a thorough understanding of network architecture, security protocols, and system redundancy and failover solutions, and the ability to practically apply this knowledge.
  • You have advanced knowledge of operational best practices, incident management, and CI/CD pipelines.
